Abstract

The Writer of this research study would like to describe the most likely happening situation for those enterprises which operate in international scope. What will be faced for most of the time by enterprise that decide to go international, and how the new situation after going-international can be taken cared of. Thus, successful operational life of the enterprise and ability to exist in the international competition can be achieved by particular enterprises. This research is using exploratory methods that describe on particular situation, followed by an evaluation that lead to the final result. The result for this study indicates that there are several conditions that have to be possessed by any enterprises before deciding to go internationally live. This research is being supported by previous studies such as the ERP's Second Wave theory by Deloitte Consulting Group, mainly stating that ERP is one of the crucial tools to gain maximum benefit when doing international transactions. Other studies like the proper size of the global enterprise by Mittelstaedt, Harben, and Ward and the fitting among administrative mechanism, competitive strategy and performance by Barth; completes and make this research to bring better outcomes for its readers. The evaluation on those studies bring to a conclusion that before small medium sized enterprise go international there are several things that need to be developed. They are those seven variables that consist of 1) Risk Assessment 2) CRM 3) HRM 4) Financial System 5) Supply Chain, 6) Size 7) Fitting administrative mechanism and competitive strategy. When all of the variables manage to work in one alignment, the a boost on the company efficiency and effectiveness can be achieved.
