Control is an important part in the company. Each activity in the operation must be well controlled in order to achieve company efficiency and effectiveness. In manufacturing company, the management of materials including raw materials, packing materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods are the most crucial. Inaccuracy between the movements of goods in production department versus warehouse department sometimes happens due to human error. The human error can be eliminated through making the personnel aware and implement standards conducted by the company, trainings and performance review, and daily cycle count to avoid the continuation of inaccuracy. Therefore some actions towards this problem must be taken to handle the problems.
