Abstract
As the overwhelming information is on the rise, effective communication is a necessary strategy for public speakers to deliver the message to a wide range of audiences. This article discusses strategies of becoming good and reliable public speakers. It argues that public speaking requires not only speaking skill, but also a basis competence integrating other three elements into the skill, science, art, and soul.
