Abstract

It is important for companies to develop employee motivation in work because with motivation will
make employees want to work hard so they can gives the best result for the company. Motivation can be used
to build employee loyalty and stability. This study has three goals, first is to know how PT. Palma Abadi
Sentosa in Palangka Raya motivates its employees especially marketing employees, second is to know the
loyalty of marketing division employees, and third is to know the influence of motivating factors such as
existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs, both simultaneously and partially to the employee
loyalty. Types of research used in this study is descriptive and explanatory. Population and sample in this
study is 105 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression
analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that PT. Palma Abadi Sentosa in Palangka Raya
motivates its marketing employees with the fulfillment of the needs for existence needs, relatedness needs and
growth needs. The marketing employees have loyalty to the company. Based on the results proving the
hypothesis known that there is influence between motivating factors both simultaneously and partially to
employee loyalty.
