Abstract

Human management (HM) is a key factor in the success of organizations, including educational institutions such as the Adjarmanu Foundation in Sumba. Challenges faced include limited skilled labor, lack of training, and lack of performance evaluation. This community service aims to improve participants understanding and abilities regarding HM through online training. The training was attended by 45 participants: teachers, administrative staff, students, and foundation partners. The methods include an initial survey, material delivery, interactive discussion, and activity evaluation. The results showed that this training improved participants understanding of HM concepts, especially effective management strategies and the importance of the role of leaders. However, obstacles such as limited internet access in the Sumba region remained a challenge during the training. This activity was concluded to be effective in encouraging strategic HM and positively contributing to the foundations development. Continuous training, government support, and a reward-based evaluation system are needed to strengthen the foundations sustainability in the future. Adjarmanu Foundation is expected to be a strong foundation for advancing education in the region through human resource development.
