Abstract

This study examines the influence of national culture on work effectiveness by strengthening cross-cultural leadership styles in service companies. Increasingly competitive service companies facing cultural diversity are required to adapt their leadership styles to achieve effectiveness. This quantitative study employs an explanatory approach. Questionnaires were administered to 152 respondents, serving as the sample. The sample size was determined based on purposive sampling. The findings demonstrate that leadership style significantly influences work effectiveness. Furthermore, leadership style positively moderates the relationship between leadership style and organizational effectiveness. This study makes an important contribution to cross-cultural management in improving company performance.
